What is Liquid Staking? Liquid staking allows users to stake their CHZ tokens to support the blockchain's operation (e.g., block validation) while still having access to a liquid representation of their staked assets. This mechanism resolves the traditional challenge of staking, where assets are locked up and inaccessible during the staking period. CHZ Block Validation Rewards When CHZ holders delegate their tokens to validators in the network, they contribute to block validation and the security of the Chiliz blockchain. Validators are responsible for producing new blocks and validating transactions. As a reward, the network provides block validation rewards to stakers, distributed in CHZ or other incentives. CHZ Staking Delegation Fee
To participate in staking, users may need to pay a small delegation fee. This fee is typically set by validators to cover their operational costs and encourage their participation in maintaining the network.
The CHZ Staking Delegation Fee can vary depending on the validator's policies and the network's overall design.
