Removing liquidity is the process of withdrawing your deposited tokens from a liquidity pool on a decentralized exchange (like KAYEN). When you added liquidity, you contributed two tokens (like BAR and CHZ) to a pool and received liquidity provider (LP) tokens in return. Removing liquidity allows you to get back your initial tokens, plus any fees or rewards earned while your tokens were in the pool.
To remove liquidity from KAYEN here’s a step-by-step guide.
In order to remove liquidity you need to have these:
Already have a liquidity position.
You need to have CHZ on Chiliz Chain in your wallet for the gas fee.
Go to: https://app.kayen.org/
Connect your MetaMask wallet or any Web3 wallet from the top right corner.
After connecting your wallet, scroll down the page you are on. Click on "My Positions", then select the position you want to remove.
Click on "Remove"
From here, adjust the amount you want to remove from your selected pool and click the "REMOVE LIQUIDITY" button.
Set a spending cap for your assets.
Click on "Approve."
Continue by clicking 'CONFIRM ADDING LIQUIDITY.' Also you can see the estimated gas price here.
Click on Confirm.
Your transaction has been completed.
